Responsibilities of Production Executive

• To operate Factory unit with agreed performance standards

• Supervise and manage daily production activities to meet planned output, quality standards, and cost objectives.

• Monitor and control production processes, ensuring compliance with HUL’s safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) policies and regulatory requirements.

• Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machinery, and raw materials, to maximize production efficiency and minimize waste.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and improve product quality.

• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions for any deviations from standards.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production operators, fostering a culture of high performance, safety, and accountability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.

• Prepare and analyze production reports, identifying trends and recommending solutions for operational challenges.

• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods on the production line, coordinating with the logistics team.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
