Responsibilities of HR Officer

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation

• Ability to maintain employee records and confidentiality

• Conducting employee orientation and training programs

• Handling employee relations and resolving issues professionally and timely

• Managing HR administrative tasks such as payroll and benefits

• Collaborating with management to implement HR policies and procedures

• Supporting workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. Candidate should also be proficient in HRIS systems and HR processes. HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP) is a plus.
