Job Title: Junior QA Officer

Experience: Freshers from CPIT (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology) or similar backgrounds are encouraged; experience in compounding, plastics, or related industries is a plus.
 
Education: Diploma in Plastic Engineering (CPIT/CIPET preferred), ITI/polytechnic in plastics/chemicals, or B.Sc. in Chemistry/Polymer Science.

Responsibilities of Junior QA Officer

• Execute sample collection and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with ASTM and ISO standards and supporting operational stability.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and digital records, enabling traceability and continuous improvement in quality processes.

• Ensure each batch of the products is released based on qualified inspection result

• Ensure every abnormal trend will be communicated with workshop during the production

• Be responsible for reporting unsafe condition of operation/equipment

• Be responsible for using protection kits during executing the test

• Be responsible for follow DSM SHE requirement

• Be responsible for executing the test according to the inspection plan strictly

• Be responsible for reporting the abnormal test data/condition of equipment
