Responsibilities of Engagement Leader

• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between sports academies, facilities, and relevant stakeholders. Effectively communicate goals, objectives, and event details to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Cultivate Relationships: Utilize strong networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key figures in the sports community, including coaches, athletes, and administrators. Foster partnerships that support the organization’s mission and enhance opportunities for engagement.

• Event Coordination: Take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing sports-related events, such as tournaments, matches, and workshops. Coordinate logistics, secure venues, and manage resources to ensure successful outcomes.

• Promote Engagement: Actively engage with sporty individuals within the community, inspiring participation and enthusiasm for sports-related initiatives. Encourage involvement through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and direct outreach.

• Resource Management: Efficiently manage resources, including budget allocation and sponsorship opportunities, to maximize impact and sustainability of engagement efforts. Seek innovative ways to leverage available resources for the benefit of the sports community.
