Responsibilities of Brewer

1. Brewing Process: Execute all stages of the brewing process, including mashing, boiling, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging, while adhering to established recipes and procedures.

2. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, flavor, aroma, and appearance throughout the brewing process. Conduct sensory evaluations and implement adjustments as necessary.

3. Equipment Operation: Operate, clean, and maintain brewing equipment, tanks, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and sanitation. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.

4. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, ingredients, and supplies. Assist in inventory management to ensure sufficient stock levels for production.

5. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.

6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the brewing team, including brewers, cellar operators, and packaging staff, to ensure smooth operations and timely production schedules.

7. Research and Innovation: Stay informed about industry trends, new brewing techniques, and ingredients. Contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.

8. Supply Chain Management: keep track of logistics and update the company’s inventory. Analyze operational performance and resolve issues. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations.
