Responsibilities of Asst Mgr (MQA Engine)

• Tractor assembly / Testing / Tractor product functional Knowledge is essential

• Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant

• Handling overall Product audit and Process audit on assembly line

• Analyzing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure

• Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality

• Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error

• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, Tractor Product Audit / Gate audit – Projection, analysis and close looping

• Working Knowledge of Tractor PTO testing, IQS

• Working Knowledge of Tractor CKD / SKD / Containerisation process

• Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process, Smooth launch of new model / new variants
