Responsibilities of Asst. Manager – Quality Assurance

• Responsible for market complaint handling, FAR and recall tracking

• Prepare investigation reports and documentation

• Track open and closed market complaints

• Prepare monthly quality data reports

• Conduct trend analysis for quality issues

• Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. Candidate should have good story writing skills and experience in market complaint handling.
