Responsibilities of Assistant Manager R&D

• New Product Development in Room air conditioning

• Tracking of Value Engineering, Quality, Productivity & Cost Reduction projects. Product Upgradation in RAC

• BOM making/updating in SAP including Part code Management

• Change Management

• Benchmarking of the competitor Products

• Production & QA support for R&D related issues

• Timely registration of all models in BEE.

• Document management for Meeting Statutory Requirement and Technical Documentation like BEE, BIS, ISO etc.

• Field Visit for Service-related Issues

• Coordination with Service for spares/alternate parts and service BOM maintenance.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, inter-personal skills, Critical Thinking, Coordination, Monitoring and reviewing, SAP/PLM Knowledge, BOM Structure, etc
