Responsibilities of HR Operations & Analytics

• Lead payroll administration end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and compliance with statutory regulations

• Manage time & attendance systems, especially for complex, shift-based operations in a plant environment

• Maintain and continuously update employee records and organizational data structures within the HRMS

• Develop and share accurate HR analytics, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making

• Monitor audit and compliance requirements and ensure process adherence

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Finance, Plant Ops) to improve operational workflows
