Responsibilities of HR Operations & Analytics

• Manage end-to-end payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, leave, and exit management.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.

• Lead HR digitalization initiatives and support HRIS system adoption.

• Monitor HR metrics and maintain MIS dashboards for reporting and analytics.

• Support compensation planning including increments, promotions, and wage revisions.

• Mentor and guide the HR operations team to improve efficiency and service delivery
