Responsibilities of Unit Sales Manager

• Sales of Motor Insurance Products through Agency Channel.

• Recruit and train leaders to develop a distribution channel of agents.

• Generate business through agents in the assigned territory.

• Responsible for sourcing agents and tracking their agent base and business regularly.

• Support leaders in meeting agents, lead providers, and intermediaries regularly.

• Maintain proper records of meetings and business activities in a planned manner.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. Strong sales, leadership, and relationship management skills.
