• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during fleet operations.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, vehicle usage, and delivery documentation.

• Supervise loading and unloading operations to ensure proper handling of goods.

• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate necessary repairs or services.

• Provide regular reports and updates to management on transportation performance and challenges.
