Responsibilities of Senior Human Resources Recruiter

1. Talent Acquisition: Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization. This includes developing recruitment strategies, posting job openings, conducting interviews, checking references, and making job offers.

2. Strategic Planning: Collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and workforce planning requirements, and developing strategic recruitment plans and initiatives accordingly. This may involve analyzing hiring trends, identifying skill gaps, and creating recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

3. Employer Branding: Enhancing the organization’s employer brand by promoting it as an attractive and desirable place to work. This may involve developing and implementing employer branding strategies, managing social media presence, organizing recruitment events, and creating compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract top-quality candidates.

4. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and effective recruitment experience. This includes managing candidate databases, conducting regular follow-ups, providing feedback, and maintaining effective communication channels to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

5. Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, managing applicant data in accordance with data protection regulations, and conducting pre-employment screenings and background checks as required.
