• Full P&L responsibility for growth and profitability improvement.

• Manage cash-up and forecasting processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve revenue realization.

• Lead performance management discussions with category heads.

• Drive gross margin and savings delivery.

• Manage business waste.

• Prepare investment business cases with supply chain partners.

• Collaborate with procurement to unlock value opportunities.

• Drive business performance metrics and performance management for categories.

• Enable delivery of business financial targets.

• Maintain forecasting process discipline and accuracy.

• Develop financial accounting, reporting, and control capabilities.

• Provide objectivity and challenge to business decisions.

• Build cross-functional business partnerships as a change agent.

• Drive the business risk management agenda.

• Gain project management exposure and access to areas like tax and pensions.

• Work in roles such as Accounting Centres, Financial Reporting, or Investor Relations.

• Contribute to payroll, insurance, and treasury functions.

• Understand foreign exchange markets and macroeconomic currency factors.

• Manage PF Trust and employee benefit administration.

• Deliver value creation through specialized finance functions.
