Responsibilities of Primary Teacher

• Teaching a diverse range of subjects to primary students, including but not limited to English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs and learning styles of students

• Utilizing smart boards and educational aids effectively to enhance teaching and facilitate interactive learning experiences

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported in their learning journey

• Assessing student progress through various methods such as quizzes, tests, and projects, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents

• Collaborating with colleagues and school administrators to develop and implement curriculum guidelines and school policies

• Establishing effective communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress and address any concerns or questions they may have

• Implementing classroom management strategies to promote a respectful and disciplined learning environment

• Keeping abreast of current educational trends and best practices, and continuously seeking professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

• Participating in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings to contribute to the overall school community and foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
