Responsibilities of People Business Partner

• Work along with People Business Partners (PBP) on various projects to drive operational and functional excellence

• Operate on People Management Systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness

• Support in analyzing people related data and production of dashboards

• Drive adherence to key people process timelines through regular information sharing

• Gain and absorb knowledge from different verticals within People function to become a process champion

• Timely deliver various tasks assigned from time-to-time and provide suggestions for improvement and innovation
