Responsibilities of Operational Excellence Executive

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and operational excellence methodologies

• Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify efficiency gaps

• Implement KPI tracking systems and monitor performance metrics

• Support quality assurance and compliance improvement activities

• Conduct root cause analysis for operational inefficiencies and failures

• Facilitate training programs on lean and continuous improvement practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and output

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. Lean manufacturing knowledge, process optimization capability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability are preferred.
