Responsibilities of Book Designer

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations and other designs using Adobe Illustrators and other relevant software
  • Expertise in InDesign software for book design layout
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each book design
  • Work with copywriters and authors to produce a final design
  • Test graphics across various media and Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and brand enhancement
  •
