Responsibilities of Associate-Manufacturing

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines.

• Monitor and ensure production processes align with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and specifications.

• Identify and address bottlenecks in production to maintain efficiency.

• Analyze current production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications at every production stage.

• Manage and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery effectively to achieve production goals.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate impact and influence, information seeking, initiative, innovative thinking, and strong financial, operational, people, and strategic competencies.
