ITC is looking for a Post Printing In-charge (Cartons) in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Requirements:

To establish and monitor the post Printing Productivity and Procedures on the shop floor and ensure Standards in Change Over and tool Readiness.

· To monitor and Control the “Waste & Quality” on a monthly basis and initiate appropriate measures for its reduction.

· To ensure regular health of machines & Area Cleanliness by providing resources and guidance in terms of knowledge and standards to the person doing it.

· Proper and timely feedback on Productivity to all post Printing personnel & subsequent Process (i.e M/c Crew, Technicians, Shift I/Cs) for corrective/ preventive actions and improvements.

· To ensure the upkeep of all Quality & Discipline of Printing People.

· To train the shop floor workmen &, managers on various Productivity & Process parameters and its importance and relevance to the customer.

· To coordinate with Quality Head and monitor quality improvement activities in post Printing.

· To aid in continuous improvement processes in another department.

· To train the shop floor workmen and managers on problem-solving techniques and the usage of statistical process control techniques.

· To increase the level of quality consciousness/awareness among post Printing employees through effective communication systems.

· To assist in the implementation of international systems and procedures IMS, QMS, IQRC, BRC and SPC.

· To administer and conduct internal audits in the unit as and when required.

· To carry out consultative work with all departments in the area of focused problem-solving.

· To interact effectively with Product Development (PIP), & Process/Technology specialists for problem resolution.

· To increase the level of quality consciousness/awareness within the unit through effective communication systems.

· To monitor & maintain die life & ensure optimal usage.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

· Man, Machine, Method, Material handling, and control.
· Productivity Strategies in line with Quality Systems & Procedures.

Experience Requirements:

Min 5 – 10 years of supervisory experience in post Printing in the cartons packaging Industry.
