Responsibilities of Territory Sales Manager

  • Deliver financial and trade-sales targets across assigned distributors, towns, and geography.
  • Build productive distributor relationships and implement distribution, pricing, placement, merchandising, and promotional standards.
  • Manage distributor claims, inventory, warehouse hygiene, reporting, and coordination with regional logistics and finance teams.
  • Recruit, train, guide, and develop frontline distributor sales teams.
  • Plan and execute channel activations, sales drives, promotions, and merchandising programs with field marketing.
  • Improve outlet coverage, product availability, pricing compliance, and execution across channels.
  • Track performance objectives and optimize distributor inventory to reduce lost sales.
