Responsibilities of Plant Manager

• Oversee site operations for the GBE Products business and support world-class integrated supply-chain performance.
• Monitor health and safety programs and ensure compliance with applicable procedures, guidelines, and regulations.
• Improve customer satisfaction, productivity, quality, cost, and delivery by resolving operational issues and monitoring progress with key stakeholders.
• Track plant performance against key metrics and implement corrective actions when results deviate from targets.
• Optimize cost, delivery, and quality through continuous-improvement projects using Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma methods.
• Lead the deployment of Honeywell Operating System principles, including process coaching, audits, appraisals, and compliance.
• Collaborate with certification and government agencies when product qualifications, regulatory approvals, or compliance activities require it.
• Build a high-performing site team and strengthen employee development and succession planning.
