• Handle software updates, licenses, and system integration.

• Provide IT support and solve technical issues quickly.

• Train staff to use hotel systems and applications.

• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and contracts.

• Plan IT budgets and control technology costs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors quickly to avoid guest service disruptions
