Responsibilities of Head Production (RAC)

• Achieving Production Targets with Safety, Quality, and Efficiency: Drive monthly and annual production plans aligned with business demand and supply chain commitments.

• Manpower Planning, Capability Building & Team Engagement: Ensure optimal deployment of workforce across shifts and lines for maximum efficiency.

• Administrative Rigor & Compliance: Maintain discipline, statutory compliance, and proper documentation for audits, shift reports, and dashboards.

• Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing: Champion continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, TPM, 5S, Six Sigma) for productivity gains.

• Coordination with Internal Stakeholders & Strategic Projects: Liaise with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, R&D and Planning for seamless production.
