The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and a graduate degree in any field of study.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a school, Gurukulam, college or educational institution.
 
Education: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.

Responsibilities of Clerk

• Handle day-to-day clerical and administrative activities of the Gurukulam.

• Maintain and organize student, staff, attendance, admission, examination and administrative records.

• Perform data entry and maintain records accurately in physical and digital formats.

• Prepare letters, notices, circulars, reports, certificates and other official documents.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and official communications.

• Assist with student admissions, withdrawals, transfers and related documentation.

• Maintain student and staff databases and update information as required.

• Assist teachers and administrative staff with documentation and routine office requirements.

• Assist in examination-related documentation, schedules, records, and result preparation.

• Maintain confidentiality of student, staff, and institutional information.

• Coordinate with parents/guardians and visitors professionally when required.

• Assist in organizing meetings, events, functions and other institutional activities.
