The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in a similar role and a B.E. in Engineering (preferred) or Diploma in Engineering.

Responsibilities of Environmental Manager

• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• To review, manage & analyze annual preventive & predictive plan for all equipment & buildings

• Improvement in Machine uptime

• Tracking daily losses and do RCA with team for proper timebound actions identification

• Review improvement plan internally with team

• Review the status of improvement projects through periodic discussions and meetings with other functions involved and analysis of the findings/data to increase the uptime /MTBF and MTTR of machinery for maintenance team

• Handling Internal & external Statutory audit & Customer audits

• Ensure compliance to Engineering procedure as per SOP defined in QMS

• Track & audit internally all data related to various audits on monthly basis

• Track NC closure status and see that they are added in system

• Reduction in Maintenance cost/Optimal usage of natural resources

• To identify, monitor & get executed projects related to cost saving

• To review maintenance cost related projects status monthly within team

• Reduction of utility consumption wrt to per equivalent bearing

• Routine Maintenance & Digital Initiatives

• Report checking for notification generated vs closure

• Daily consumption report & taking action on it

• Tracking digital initiatives

• Environment, Safety and Health

• Ensure safety training & work permit system, safe work practices amongst employees to achieve zero incidents
