Responsibilities of Assistant Manager – QA

• Act as complaint coordinator for market complaint acknowledgement, logging, investigation, response preparation, response sharing & closing.
 
• Compile Quality Metric in coordination with other departments.
 
• Initiate and log Management Notification related to quality events.
 
• Prepare, track and log Field alert reports and customer notifications.
 
• Track and log product recall activities.
 
• Log and investigate temperature excursions in coordination with Supply Chain.
 
• Prepare and review departmental SOPs to meet cGMP requirements.
 
• Coordinate approvals for change controls, deviations, process validation & stability protocols.
