Responsibilities of Assistant Manager – Production

• Plan and execute daily production activities to meet output targets

• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards

• Optimize machine utilization and improve production efficiency

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime

• Implement safety, quality, and process improvement initiatives

• Analyze production data and prepare performance reports

• Manage manpower allocation and supervise shop floor operations

• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving ability, knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting tools are required.
