• Optimized performance of process control systems.

• Implemented automation solutions to boost productivity and quality.

• Oversaw preventive maintenance of control and instrumentation systems.

• Ensured timely maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.

• Coordinated with departments for smooth operations.

• Expertise in MIS generation and reporting.

• Analyzed data to provide actionable insights to management.

• Delivered accurate and timely maintenance and performance reports.

• Ensured reliability and accuracy of control systems.

• Troubleshot and resolved instrumentation and control issues.

• Proficient in SAP for maintenance and reporting.

• Managed maintenance activities, inventory, and spares in SAP.

• Ensured SAP data integrity and accuracy.

• Experienced in PLC/DCS (Siemens, ABB & Yokogawa).

• Skilled in programming and maintaining PLC/DCS systems.
