Responsibilities of Assistant

• Student Support: Address students’ academic questions, conduct doubt-clearing sessions, and provide guidance on course material.

• Course Preparation: Help prepare teaching materials such as slides, handouts, lab manuals, or question papers.

• Maintain Records: Keep track of attendance, assignment submissions, and students’ academic performance.

• Conduct Office Hours: Hold scheduled times when students can consult for extra help or clarification outside class.

• Proctoring Exams: Supervise exams to ensure academic integrity.

• Participate in Meetings: Attend departmental or course-related meetings to stay aligned with faculty expectations.
