Responsibilities of Executive (Production)

• Safety Management Ensure strict compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and behaviors on the shop floor.

• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Promote a strong safety culture among team members.

• Quality Assurance Ensure production meets defined quality standards and specifications.

• Monitor in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to quality control plans.
