Responsibilities of Associate Vice President – Corporate Affairs

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for engaging with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders.
 
• Lead the process of obtaining and managing permits, licenses, and approvals required for projects and operations.
 
• Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations and standards.
 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and politicians.
 
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and policy changes, providing strategic insights.
 
• Represent the business unit in high-level discussions and negotiations with external stakeholders.
 
• Collaborate with internal teams to align regulatory requirements with operational practices.
 
• Drive initiatives to enhance the business unit’s reputation and credibility among key stakeholders.
